Is it a problem to uninstall Windows XP (also consider w7)from this latop and install on of these Windows.?

The others could be workable, Linux very easily, but the Mac OS is not compiled for your laptops BIOS. You would have to set up a virtual machine, or something like that to get Mac to work.
