Why does everyone love.....?

They are to show off status -just like every other high end brand out there (Chanel, Mercedes, Apple). In addition to buying the product, they are buying the brand. Even though they are overpriced, people will continue to buy it. Why? Because it shows wealth to other people. In my school, even the poorest kids have smart phones (typically iPhones and Blackberrys) because it a status symbol.
