I cannot figure this problem out in unix. Can anyone help me with it?

I am using unix and I cannot figure out how to run this command. Can anyone help? Occasionally the p44 group will need to change the system date to do software testing. Give the command for modifying the “date” command so that ordinary users can execute the command with the privileges of su.
